The Use and Disclosure of Information:

It is our policy to treat information that you provide us as confidential and private information.  It is our policy to assume that any information that you provide us - including the name of your organization - is discoverable information.  Therefore, we will not share information about you or your use of ELLA® or ELLA on the WEB™  to non-Laurdan employees, associates, or partners, unless you so authorize, or as required by law.

Cookies:

When you log on to ELLA on the WEB™, we place a temporary "cookie" in your browser.  This procedure allows you to access and use ELLA on the WEB™ efficiently.  When you end your ELLA on the WEB™ session or if you are "timed-out," cookies placed in your browser are automatically removed.  Cookies are used only to track sessions.  There is no user information stored in the cookies.

When visiting our website or using ELLA on the WEB™, we provide links to governmental and private websites.  While we do not provide information about you or your organization to these thrid party sites, these sites have created their own privacy policies, which may or may not attempt to capture and use personal information or place permanent cookies.  We advise you to familiarize yourself with the privacy policies of these sites.  Laurdan Associates, Inc. is not responsible for the actions of third parties while you are visiting their sites.

Security:

Laurdan Associates, Inc. takes steps to protect the information and data you provide us from unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, or loss.  Information and data about your organization's employment practices, policies, procedures, outcomes, etc. is authenticated and encrypted using secure socket layers (SSL).

Changes to our Privacy Policy:

Laurdan Associates, Inc. reserves the right to update, revise, or modify its Privacy Policy.  If we update, revise, or modify our privacy policy, we will post such changes on our website.
